The Fund Company Simplicity

Simplicity's business focus is the management of UCITS funds using its proprietary Simplicity investment model. The investment model's strength and strategy are based on every transaction carried out by the fund being statistically justified.

Simplicity AB is an independent asset management company based in Varberg, Sweden. The company received its licence to conduct asset management operations from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on September 2, 2002. The fund company's first fund, Simplicity Norden, was launched on September 23, 2002, and the performance since fund start is among the best in its category. Simplicity is a member of The Swedish Investment Fund Association. 

Today, Simplicity is managing six equity funds, Simplicity Norden, Simplicity Nya Europa, Simplicity Asien, Simplicity Indien, Simplicity Afrika and Simplicity Balans and also a hedge fund, Simplicity Neutral. These funds invest in strict accordance with the Simplicity investment model. Simplicity is also managing a money market fund, Simplicity Likviditet. The equity funds and Simplicity Likviditet are linked to the Swedish premium pension system (PPM).

Since the company started in 2002, growth has been strong. During the autumn 2008, the fund company was awarded by the Swedish newspaper, Dagens Industri, for Sveriges Supergasell, for being the fastest growing company in Sweden between the years 2004-2007.
