The Fund Company Simplicity
Simplicity's business focus is the
management of UCITS funds using its proprietary Simplicity
investment model. The investment model's strength and strategy are
based on every transaction carried out by the fund being
statistically justified.
Simplicity AB is an independent asset management company based
in Varberg, Sweden. The company received its licence to conduct
asset management operations from the Swedish Financial Supervisory
Authority on September 2, 2002. The fund company's first fund,
Simplicity Norden, was launched on September 23, 2002, and the
performance since fund start is among the best in its category.
Simplicity is a member of The Swedish Investment Fund
Association.
Today, Simplicity is managing six equity funds, Simplicity
Norden, Simplicity Nya Europa, Simplicity Asien, Simplicity Indien,
Simplicity Afrika and Simplicity Balans and also a hedge fund,
Simplicity Neutral. These funds invest in strict accordance with
the Simplicity investment model. Simplicity is also managing a
money market fund, Simplicity Likviditet. The equity funds and
Simplicity Likviditet are linked to the Swedish premium pension
system (PPM).
Since the company started in 2002, growth has been strong.
During the autumn 2008, the fund company was awarded by the Swedish
newspaper, Dagens Industri, for Sveriges Supergasell, for being the
fastest growing company in Sweden between the years
2004-2007.
