Subscription of shares
Existing shareholders
If you already are shareholder and want to invest in
Simplicity's funds, please deposit the amount you want to
invest on the funds' account and state your name or
customer number as reference on the payment. Please notify
Simplicity about the subscription by email to backoffice@simplicity.se. It
is not necessary to send/fax a subscription form to
us. Confirmation is sent to you by fax or post.
First-time investors

Please read the Fact sheet for the fund
Fact sheet will be sent to you free of charge, upon request and
you will also find the Fact sheet to the right. For
more information about the funds, please see Our funds.

Fill in the subscription form
The fund company need to register you as a customer
before the investment is made in the fund. Please print
the subscription form or contact us and we will send it to you free
of charge. Fill in and sign. Do not forget to fill in your
account number for any future redemptions.

Send the subscription form to Simplicity
Send the subscription form by post to Simplicity AB,
Södra Hamnvägen 12, SE-432 44 Varberg,
Sweden or by fax to +46 340-21 95 09.

Deposit the amount to the fund's bank account no.
Deposit the amount to the fund's bank account number. You
find the account numbers and cut off times for the funds in
the subscription form and to the right. Please state your
name or customer number as reference on the payment.
Confirmation
If the money reach the fund's account before cut off time
for the fund, purchase of shares will be made the same
day. Confirmation is sent to you by post or fax.
