Simplicity Kina
The 29th of October Simplicity launched a
sought-after equity fund which solely invests in Chinese
stocks. Participate in Simplicity Kina from the
beginning.
Opportunities in China
China is the "engine" in Asia with an enormous growth potential.
The country is the fastest growing country in the world during the
last 25 years, with an average yearly growth of nearly 10 %. Last
five years, the GDP per capita has doubled. An ever growing middle
class of over 350 millions people want to reach a standard of
living comparable to the western countries. This, along
with increased export and continued increase in domestic
consumption indicates that growth in the coming decade will remain
strong.
China is the second largest economy in the world. The country
is also considered the world's "workshop", because China is more
and more opened to foreign investors. China was one of few
countries during financial crisis, which avoided
recession, thanks to having the largest currency reserves in
the world. China also has the financial muscles to invest
globally.
About the Fund
The ambition with Simplicity China is to invest in high
performance stocks linked to companies that operate in and around
China. Unlike many other China funds, Simplicity is not investing
with regard to stock's size and weight in index. Today,
Simplicity China has more than 300 different stocks as potential
eligible investments. The goal is to outperform the Chinese stock
market over the long term. The shares are primarily
listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong but also in Shanghai and
Shenzhen.
The investments are made, like Simplicity's other equity funds,
strictly according to our proprietary SimplicityTM investment
model, which selects the best performing shares on the basis
of quantitative analysis.
