Administration services

We offer an administrative service where the Foundation can receive assistance with all matters concerning the Foundation.

We assist the Foundation with everything from ongoing bookkeeping, annual financial statements, and tax filings to liaising with the Foundation’s auditor in connection with audits. We process payments and manage fees, as well as administer, where applicable, the Foundation’s board portal and/or application system. We support the Foundation with board-related matters such as meeting administration, minutes, and more, and handle communications with authorities.

Asset Management

Simplicity offers both discretionary and advisory asset management.

We have extensive and solid experience in managing foundation assets, focusing on both generating direct returns in accordance with the board’s objectives, preserving the real value of the capital over time, and pursuing a sustainable and ethical orientation in the portfolio.
