Dividend information 2021

On april 21st 2021 the following funds managed by Simplicity AB will pay dividends:

Simplicity Företagsobligationer share class B (SE0006963617)
Simplicity Global Corporate Bond share class B (SE0007948237)
Simplicity High Yield share class B (SE0014555231)
Simplicity Småbolag Sverige share class B (SE0009161557)

As a registered investor in any of the above mentioned funds you will be entitled to the dividends on ex-date April 20th 2021.

Dividends:

Simplicity Företagsobligationer B: 3,45 SEK per share
Simplicity Global Corporate Bond B: 4,34 SEK per share
Simplicity High Yield B: 4,18 SEK per share
Simplicity Småbolag Sverige B: 5,00% of NAV price April 20th 2021.

The dividend will be paid out cash on April 21st. If you wish to re-invest the dividend please contact Simplicity via backoffice@simplicity.se or via phone at +46 (0) 340 21 95 00. We need your response before April 7th 2021.

Please be advised that if you in previous years have chosen to set your default option to reinvested dividend, you do not have to do anything and your dividend will be reinvested automatically.
