Simplicity Asset Management
Richard Andborn and Anders Silkisberg from Simplicity Asset Management will present our services in Portfolio Management and provide you with an update on the current state of the global financial markets.
Anders & Richard have extensive experience in financial markets and are responsible for our operations in Spain, working out of our office in Palma, Mallorca. They both specialize in portfolio management with discretionary portfolios for foundations, institutions, companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
BDO
Alice Alvin from BDO will talk about interesting tax regulations regarding transfers of value from companies to individuals, as well as tax rules for residency in Spain.
Alice, with responsibility for corporate structure and taxation effects on value transfers, has carried out numerous transactions where entrepreneurs and key individuals in executive positions, along with their families, have chosen to relocate abroad. Her areas of expertise include so-called EXIT procedures for individuals wishing to move abroad, and transactions related to this relocation.

Alice has extensive knowledge in tax matters and is particularly specialized in international taxation. She primarily works within Private Client Services, focusing on creating international tax strategies for individuals with wealth to manage.
